Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We deliver Internationally with . Once your payment is confirmed, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Once your package ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. After that, your order will be shipped and usually takes 2-6 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
Due to recent changes in international tariff policies, major carriers such as DHL and FedEx are currently facing increased shipping volumes and network congestion. As a result, deliveries may take longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding and are working closely with our logistics partners to ensure your order is delivered as promptly as possible.
Note: Please ensure your email or phone number is accurate and accessible to receive our notifications. In case you do not find our email, kindly check your spam folder and ensure you provide your email address when placing orders.
SHIPPING TIME & COST
Currently, we can ship to the continental U.S. and most international countries. However, for remote areas, there might be additional shipping charge because the delivery services are only limited to certain carriers which make the package hard to deliver in some countries. Please note that delivery timeframes are provided as estimates only.

Please kindly noted that P.O. Boxes and military addresses(APO/FPO) cannot be delivered.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
After successfully dispatching your order from our warehouse, it may take some time for the shipping carrier to provide package updates. Once the carrier provides the information, you will be able to track your order status.

ORDER TRACKING
When we ship your packages, there might be a delay in immediate updates from the shipping company as your package is in transit. Rest assured, once it reaches the next sorting facility, tracking information will be updated. Please allow a couple of days for any activity to appear after the order is shipped from our company.
If you still do not see any shipping information after a few days, please reach out to us at Support@DaisySilk.com. Our Customer Service team will promptly respond within 24 hours and assist you in checking your order status.

WHAT CAN CAUSE DELAYS ON MY ORDER?
- Misspelled, incomplete, or outdated address may result in the carrier's inability to deliver the package.
- Unforeseen circumstances such as postal strikes, customs clearance, or adverse weather conditions at the local post office can cause delays.
- The carrier may take 1-2 business days to register and receive parcels, impacting your shipment status.
- Public holidays in your location or ours can also affect processing times and lead to delays.

HOW TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Please email us at service@vikigu.com to submit your 'changing address' request. Generally, we can only update your shipping address before shipment. To ensure smooth and proper delivery, please make sure your address is complete and accurate, including any apartment, suite, or room numbers.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Please monitor your order status closely to ensure you receive it promptly.

MY PACKAGE WENT MISSING. CAN YOU HELP?
We understand your concern and are here to assist you with your lost order. If the courier has marked the package as "Delivered," we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, we'd be happy to provide support and guidance. Firstly, we recommend checking with your household members or neighbors to see if anyone may have received the package on your behalf. Many customers often find their packages this way. If you still cannot locate the package, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to help you further.
